When my wife and I needed a mortgage recently we got referred to Jarrett by our Realtor. I had a terrible experience with a different broker years ago and had more recently had a decent experience with a bank directly. The bank likes to take their time and Jarrett likes to get it done. He was personable and professional the whole way through, making the process free of headaches. He got us the best rates and terms (terms are VERY important by the way) available allowing us to enjoy the process of buying our new house just that much more! The banks may say they can do better or the same thing but they can't do what Jarrett does. Oh! Lastly! Jarrett is able to follow up down the road when rates drop and advise you when might be a good time for you to renew your mortgage early! The bank won't make that call. Considering he works with multiple lenders he will even let you know if switching will benefit you at that time. The bank DEFINITELY won't make that call. Jarrett cares about your best deal. The bank cares about their money.
