Needed to remortage to build, Jay had us approved almost immediately. Had some appraisal issues, home was undervalued, Jay arbitrated the appraisal and fought for us to get the value ammended so we could get more money. This is our 2nd time using Jay, and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Love the calculators. Once we were pre approved, I could check out payments on houses we were looking at in minutes.. Easy way to see if it was still in my budget. Jay preferred that I send him listings I was interested in to check zoning, property taxes, and types. He was always available, right to the end.😊

If anyone doubts the resources of a good mortgage agent, take note. Our Bank, who has our business, personal accounts, and investments, pretty well told us we couldn't add to our mortgage period, even with a lot of equity, great credit. So frustrating. They didn't get it!! Jay had numerous options, sifted through them all on our behalf, and got us what we needed to reno our home! They are still handling our banking (for now), but they lost our mortgage business forever! He worked for us, the bank didn't!!
