I was scared I was going to loose my house. My maturity was up for renewal and my lender wanted more then double what I was currently paying. Not only was Amanda able to get rid of all of the debt I had racked up over the last couple of covid years, she beat my current lenders rate and more then met my expectations. I will be using her from here on out. She a actually cared about me and my situation and didn’t try to fit me in some box like my bank. I’d give her more then 5 stars if I could. I’m so happy everything closed on time as I didn’t give her much time to fix my situation ❤️🥰

Unfortunately Amanda was not able to help us with our new build home as it’ll take us approximately a year to complete. She has been a delight to work with and has always been accessible to us any day of the week. She went above and beyond to help us secure our mortgage and always put my family first. She even connected us with someone who could complete the demands of new build construction with a builder. We will be referring all of our friends and family to her. I can’t say enough great things about Amanda Antler. She really jelled with me and my family right from the start. She understood our family obligations and made herself available around the clock when we were unable to connect in person (on a call or zoom chat). We loved the fact that she provided us with all of our documents via DocuSign and didn’t have to go to an office to get our mortgage done. It saved us a lot of travelling time and gas costs.
