May Einarson is amazing to work with. She is very good at explaining technical details tied to mortgage transactions, the whole process and how/when & why bank and notaries get involved, what documentation is needed in ways that are easy to grasp for the layman who approaches these matters only once in a while of for the first time ever. My wife and I worked with her twice and each time she has made the experience extremely smooth and pleasant. Both times, she put us at ease and was able to quickly gain an understanding of which options would be more palatable to us based on our financial habits and gave us pros and cons that enabled us to make the right decision each time.
