I’m a Regional Vice President with Dominion Lending Centres, supporting mortgage professionals and franchise owners across Ontario as they grow stronger, more efficient and more sustainable businesses. In my role with DLC, I work closely with owners, teams and individual agents on everything from business development and recruitment to training, technology adoption and day-to-day strategy. A big part of what I do is helping mortgage professionals better leverage the tools, resources and opportunities available to them, whether that means improving systems, strengthening client communication, building their database, creating new revenue opportunities or simply finding smarter ways to run their business. I’m passionate about helping people move from being busy to being intentional about how they grow. Alongside my leadership role, I’m also a licensed Mortgage Agent with Dominion Lending Centres National. Staying active on the mortgage side allows me to remain connected to the realities of the industry and, most importantly, to help clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make. Whether I’m supporting a mortgage professional in building their business or helping a client find the right financing solution, my approach is the same: relationships first, clear communication and a strategy built around the person in front of me. I’m especially passionate about business growth, mentorship, client experience, technology, brand building and helping mortgage professionals create businesses that work for both their clients and their lives.
