In my profession I have a lot of experience dealing with mortgage companies and brokers. Colin Carrier surpasses any that I have dealt with in the past. Colin helped myself and my two sons in securing us a great mortgage for the house of our dreams. We didn't make it easy for him because I was a self-employed business owner in Ontario wanting to buy a home in BC. Being from Ontario definitely didn't make Colin's job easy. We got to a point where we didn't think our dream was going to come true but Colin worked tirelessly and obtained us a great rate and closed the deal for us! He has a great knowledge of the industry, he's professional as well as having a great sense of humour. If you want the house of your dreams I highly recommend Colin Carrier! He will not let you down!
