Flávia is an amazing a Mortgage Broker, she worked very hard for our mortgage to be approved, in our case everything was a bit more complicated because the seller died 7 days before the closing date, we had to postpone that and wait for months to the court nominee the estate trustee and it took a long time, and in the meanwhile Flávia was always supporting us with the bank and the insurance company, it took a long time but in the end of the day she got to get the mortgage approved.

I really recommend Flavia as a mortgage broker. She is a dedicated professional with excellent customer service. She explained to us the entire process for the purchase of our first apartment, she gave us support and indicated an excellent realtor and lawyer. She and her team help us buy the apartment in record time around Christmas and New Years time. She worked over the holidays and ensure the mortgage's approval in record time.
